Project Goal:

By 2010 reduce the number of children who grow up in children's homes by 30% or where there is a risk of their placement providing them with proper development in family environment.

Project Objectives:

• Inform and convince  the specialists of social sphere and public about the importance of attachment and family upbringing for proper child development;
  
  
• Introduce decision making mechanism in the interest of a child based on his/her needs assessment;
  
  
• Strengthen the potential of the officials and the staff working in the sphere of children's wellbeing.
